- Collaborate with the EPA, US Coast Guard, FBI and City of Pittsburgh to develop a strategic operations plan for the events.
- Help organize an Emergency Response Team and establish an on-site command post to conduct continuous air testing for chemical warfare agents, radiation, explosive gases, carbon monoxide, oxygen and cyanide throughout the publicly attended events.
- Perform innovative real-time, on-site analysis of samples for any volatile compounds, using mobile labs and GIS tracking to show where samples were taken.
