Employees assist in providing environmental quality and safety control for the three-day event at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, which includes the All-Star Futures Game, the Home Run Derby and the 77th All-Star Game. The sophisticated monitoring is done successfully and without incident in a sustainable, non-intrusive manner.

The Rundown
Collaborate with the EPA, US Coast Guard, FBI and City of Pittsburgh to develop a strategic operations plan for the events.
Help organize an Emergency Response Team and establish an on-site command post to conduct continuous air testing for chemical warfare agents, radiation, explosive gases, carbon monoxide, oxygen and cyanide throughout the publicly attended events.
Perform innovative real-time, on-site analysis of samples for any volatile compounds, using mobile labs and GIS tracking to show where samples were taken.
