Terry Zdon is an AlterEcho senior scientist and quality assurance specialist. He leads environmental and operational data collection, management and quality activities for the EPA, state agencies and private clients. His academic and professional experience helps organizations advance their sustainability efforts in today’s changeable business environment. As a specialist in information management and data quality, he delivers expertise in obtaining and interpreting high-quality, reliable data necessary for critical business and regulatory decisions.
Terry has guided clients through hundreds of field sampling and data management programs under various RCRA, Superfund and Clean Air Act investigation and reporting requirements. He served as an on-site emergency data center leader during the response to Hurricane Katrina, coordinating efforts to collect and process pollution data required for time-critical emergency response actions. Terry has also developed and taught multiple courses on quality assurance and planning and data management for the EPA and state agencies.
When Terry is not engaged in helping us improve the quality of our work he can be found on numerous hockey rinks, still pursuing his NHL dreams.
